- 1 This meeting was held virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:02 pm by Chair Scott and adjourned at 6:12 pm with a roll call vote of 3 in favor (Councilors Davis, Ewen-Campen and Scott), none opposed and two absent (Councilors Strezo and Mbah) Others present: Angela Allen - Chief Procurement Officer, Brendan Salisbury - Legislative and Policy Analyst, Cynthia Amara - City Solicitor and Delaney Fisher-Cassiol - Clerk of Committees .
