2. 1 The meeting was held virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chair Clingan and adjourned at 6:58 pm on a roll call vote of 3 in favor (Councilors Hardt, Clingan and Link), 0 opposed. Councilor Link was appointed to this committee, replacing Councilor Scott, for this meeting only.
