2. 1 The meeting was held virtually via Zoom and was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chair Sait and adjourned at 7:30 pm on a roll call vote of 3 in favor (Councilors Wheeler, Mbah and Sait), 0 opposed. Others present: Brad Rawson - Director of Mobility, Justin Schreiber - Senior Transportation Planner and Delaney Fisher-Cassiol - Clerk of Committees
