2. 1 This meeting was held via Zoom and was called to order by Chair Scott at 6:07pm and adjourned at 7:30pm on a roll call vote of 4 in favor (Councilors Davis, Ewen-Campen, Strezo, Scott), 0 opposed, and 1 absent (Councilor Mbah). Councilor Ewen-Campen joined the meeting at 6:26pm. Others present: David Shapiro - Deputy City Attorney, Brendan Salisbury - Legislative & Policy Analyst, Yasmine Raddassi - Legislative Liaison, Madalyn Letellier - Assistant City Clerk, Legislative Services.

5. 1. Amending Chapter 2, Article III of the Code of Ordinances by adding a new section establishing the time and place of regular meetings of the City Council. 26-0046 Kept in committee Pass

7. 3. That the City Clerk work with this Council to amend the Code of Ordinances to better regulate the sale of second-hand goods. 25-1439 Recommended to be placed on file Pass
8. 4. Amending Chapter 8, Article III of the Code of Ordinances pertaining to secondhand dealer licenses. 25-1686 Kept in committee Pass
9. 5. That the Code of Ordinances be amended to prohibit the use of tax-payer funds for self-promotion. 25-1762 Kept in committee Pass
10. 6. That this Council amend its Rule 24 by requiring a majority vote of the Council before a councilor can be removed from a committee. Recommended to be placed on file Pass
