- 1 The meeting took place remotely via Zoom and was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chair Mbah and adjourned at 7:17 PM on a roll call vote of 4 in favor (Councilors Hardt, Link, Ewen-Campen and Mbah), none against and 1 absent (Councilor McLaughlin). Councilor McLaughlin left the meeting at 7:04 PM. Others present: Housing Director Lisa Davidson, Housing Coordinator Sheniqua Roper, Environmental Policy Manager Kate Bossingham, Director of Sustainability & Environment Steven Nutter, City Clerk Courtney Henderson, Director of Intergovernmental Affairs Amanda Nagim-Williams, Peter Forcellese – Legislative Clerk.
