- 6. Motion presented by Councillors Cogliandro and McKenna: That the City Council order to a public hearing, An Ordinance Further Amending Section 12.04.280 Street Closure Notice of the Revere Revised Ordinances.
- 7. Motion presented by Councillor Cogliandro: That the City Council order to a public hearing, An Ordinance Further Amending the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Revere Relative to Body Art Establishments.
- 8. Motion presented by Councillor Guarino-Sawaya: That the Mayor request the appropriate City departments to establish a requirement that all qualifying construction and demolition projects post a clearly visible project information sign at the property for the duration of the permitted work. The sign shall be posted in a location readily visible from the public way and shall include, at a minimum: permit number, property address, name of contractor and/or developer, permitted construction hours, project contact telephone number, and City department/contact information for residents to report complaints or concerns. The appropriate departments are further requested to determine the types and size of projects that would be subject to this requirement and establish appropriate standards for the size, placement, visibility, and maintenance of the signage.
