- 14 Be it hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) be amended by updating Title 2, Chapter 20, Sections 030, 040, 050, and 060 as is related to non-union employee compensation, by adding a 3% cost of living adjustment effective 07/01/2023 to the Officer, Specialist, Clerical, and Unclassified salary schedules.
