6. 5 Andrew Hrycyna, Watershed Scientist, Mystic River Watershed Association, and his team will be in attendance to discuss the following topics: • New ordinance and regulations • Results of internal interviews from stakeholders • Expected new requirements under the new MS4 permit • Tools other municipalities have used to fund stormwater work. The Waterfront Access Committee will also continue discussion on the progress on the action items identified back in our August 2024 meeting and discuss new action items.
