3. 3 A public forum will be held to engage public discussion on the proposal to place a Proposition 2 ½ Tax Override question on the ballot in 2026 for the purpose of addressing the City's budget deficit. Information on the proposal will be presented, followed by an opportunity for residents to ask questions and share related feedback. The public forum will be streamed live by Urban Media Arts. All members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend. Anyone not able to be in attendance may submit questions in advance to CityCouncil@cityofmalden.org. Every effort will be made to answer all questions during the evening’s presentation. 404-25
