- 6 Order: The Mayor will submit the Fiscal Year 2027 Annual Appropriation Orders for the Water Sewer Enterprise Fund, Community Preservation Fund, and Cable Access Fund.
- 7 Order: That the appropriation enumerated below, being in the amount of $50,000 be appropriated from the Community Preservation Act Fund for the following project: Trafton Park Project from Fund Balance to the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD) and Department of Public Works (DPW) of the City of Malden.
- 8 Order: That the appropriation enumerated below, being in the amount of $100,000 be appropriated from the Community Preservation Act Fund for the following project: Emmanuel Baptist Church Restoration Project from Historic Preservation Reserve to the Emmanuel Baptist Church.
