Resolve: That it is the sense of the City Council that the Mayor create a line item in the FY 2022 Budget for the Green Malden fund and that $50 from the revenues collected from sales of additional trash tags annually be dedicated to such fund for purposes of funding litter pick-up, maintenance of the trash boom in the Malden River as well as recycling and waste reduction programs and education.
