Order: Be it hereby ordained that Section 9.40.1 of the Revised Ordinances of 2020, be amended to add the following : 7. property owned, leased or directly managed by a non-profit institution providing subsidized housing with state or federal oversight to elderly, disabled or low/moderate income tenants. Notwithstanding the exemption, said properties will be subject to an annual inspection fee of $125.00 per inspection. These non-profit institutions will be inspected twice each year once in January and once in June of each year.
