Petition: Comcast Cable Communications Management LLC, 9 Forbes Road, Woburn, MA to construct a line for broadband under the public ways hereinafter specified, Eastern Avenue & Hillside Avenue; intercepting the existing Comcast conduit on Eastern Avenue and placing a proposed 3'x3' manhole. From the newly placed manhole excavating to place (3) 4" PVC Conduits 612' +/_ to provide service to number 50,54 and 57 Eastern Ave.
