The City Council will vote to go into executive session with legal counsel for the City, in regard to the matter of Barkosky v. Malden Police Department et al and Guillaume v. City Malden Police Department et al, for the purposes of Exemption Three, Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A Section 21 (a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation where such discussion in open meeting may have a detrimental effect of the litigation position of the City, if so declared by the chair, and to admit City Solicitor Kate Fallon, Attorney Alicia McNeil, Attorney Joseph Padosky and Attorney Kenneth Anderson.
