Resolve: That it is the sense of the Malden City Council there gets written a Code of Conduct for City Council Members. This code shall be a collaborative process which shall result in an agreed upon standard of behavior to discuss issues openly at City Council meetings, demonstrate respect, consideration and civility, and serve as a model of leadership to the community.
