Order: Ordered that the city treasurer appear before the City Council to explain the tax taking process and inform residents what remedies the City of Malden has to ease this burden during these difficult economic times. Furthermore, how the City of Malden can improve the unpaid tax notification process, with specific care and attention given to our elderly residents 75 years and older.
