Resolve: That the City Council hereby designates the notice procedures and meetings to be held under the June 2021 Public Involvement Plan for Roosevelt Park as the “warning” notice and General Meetings to fulfill written requests by citizens under Section 31 of the Malden City Charter related to such project and requests that City Staff ensure that the qualified voters signing such requests be informed of any Public Involvement meetings as they occur.
