Order: At the call of the President, allowable by Council Rule 1.04 and with the majority of the Body in agreement, a special meeting of the Malden City Council shall be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of continuing with regular business in lieu of the previously anticipated Municipal Preliminary.
