Resolve: That in the interest of promoting accountability and transparency in the workings of the City Council while meetings are conducted remotely, and in order to replicate as close as possible the public experience that exists for an in person meeting, all members of the City Council shall appear live on camera during meetings excepting those circumstances of technical issues.
