Order: That the Malden City Council continue to conduct all Council, Committee of the Whole, and Subcommittee meetings virtually until such time as the Governor's COVID-19 Emergency Order is lifted, and that remote participation remain available until the Commonwealth of Massachusetts enters Phase 4 of Reopening, in order to protect the safety and participation of vulnerable and immuno-compromised community members.
