Order: That the Mayor be authorized to execute an agreement with the Malden Redevelopment Authority Board of Directors outlining the terms and conditions of the integration of the Malden Redevelopment Authority operations into a newly formed Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development within the City of Malden; also that the agreement be presented to the City Council before being executed.
