ORDER: That the Citizens‘Engagement Committee form a committee with the mission of identifying cost, location and plan of action for a memorial honoring those Malden residents that lost their life due to Covid-19. This committee will work, plan and present ideas to the Administration and Council working over a span of 12-18 months.
