Order to dispense with the requirement for the Community Preservation Committee to hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 2.30.3(c) of the City of Malden Ordinances on FY2020 applications filed to create and/or support Affordable Housing Initiatives due to the COVID19 pandemic and the emergency need to support community housing and offer financial assistance to eligible Malden residents impacted by the COVID19 crisis.
