Resolve: That the City Council endorses the Mayor's proposals for a Malden Rental Assistance Fund and a small business assistance program to prevent, prepare for and respond to COVID-19, and that the Malden Redevelopment Authority be instructed to take all necessary steps to establish these programs as expeditiously as possible.
