On motion of Councilor Mejia, the amendment did not pass; yeas 2, nays 9 (Breadon, Coletta, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Pepén, Santana, Weber), present 2 (Fernandes Anderson, Worrell). Later in session, Councilor Mejia moved return Docket #0257 to committee; seconded by Councilor Murphy.
