- 8 Craft project was a hit; passed out lots or flyers for the children and adult theatre auditions; got 17 people to scan the QR code to answer a few questions regarding the Arts; volunteers from the CAAB was low during the weekend. If we do this next year, we need to have more of a commitment from members. Having HS volunteers was also a big help because it allowed the members to talk to the parents while the kids were taking part in the craft.

- 13 Please forward a small blurb/write up to Jen or Allison for the Winter/Spring Program Guide. Need ASAP. Invites will go out in earl ySeptember, once schools start up. Hoping to get 20 schools. The event can hold up to 320 pieces of art. The Civic Center Rotunda is reserved on Wednesday, Feb 10 for art drop off | Thursday through Monday the whole building is reserved.
- 14 4. Shakespeare in the Park Renaissance Fest - Dana provided a handout with details regarding an event.
- 15 5. Cost of the PAC- Jen is waiting to hear
- 16 6. John Lawler brought up an idea where couples paint each other on a canvas.
- 17 7. Christmas around the World was an idea brought up.
- 18 8. Hosting a community band event where a bunch of concert bands gather and play in 1 large group.
- 19 9. Having a concert/community band play before a movie night.
- 21 Trustees Lawrence and Lawler were in attendance.
