8. 8 Mosquito Control Contract for 2024 through 2027 Recommendation from the Public Works & Environmental Concerns Committee to waive bids and approve a contract with Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management in the amount of $68,280.00 for 2024. The price for 2025 would increase by 3.5% and then by the lower of either 3% or the CPI (Consumer Price Index) for 2026 and 2027. This contract includes an option to extend for 2028.
