  8. 8 Everbridge Mass Notification System Recommendation from the Community Relations Committee to approve a three-year contract with Everbridge, Inc. in the amount of $40,757.16. The Everbridge Mass Notification System offers the ability to quickly disseminate critical information to residents during emergencies such as natural disasters, public safety threats, and severe weather conditions. 240202
