8. 8 Prairie Food Co-op Business Retention Economic Incentive Agreement - First Amendment The Economic and Community Development Committee (ECDC) recommends approval an amendment to the Business Retention Economic Incentive and Sales Tax Agreement for Prairie Food Co-op (PFC).
