Westmore-Meyers Road - Eastgate Shopping Center Subdivision The petitioner requests the Village take the following actions on the subject property located within the B3PD Community Shopping Planned Development District (Eastgate Planned Development): 1. Pursuant to Chapter 154 of the Village Code (the Subdivisions and Development Ordinance), approve a final plat of subdivision with the following companion variations for Lot 1: a. A variation from Section 155.415(D) to allow a lot with a lot area of 16,179 square feet, where a minimum lot area of 20,000 square feet is required; b. A variation from Section 155.415(F)(3) to allow an interior side yard of zero feet (0’) where a minimum interior side yard of ten feet (10’) is required; and c. South Lombard Elevated Storage Tank - Design/Build Professional Engineering Support Services Approving a contract with Baxter &Woodman/Boller Design Build in conjunction with CB&I, in an amount not to exceed $11,149,637.00. The Village will utilize the design-build method of procurement for the design and construction of the 1.5 million gallon water tower located along Butterfield Road. The Village used the Qualification Based Selection (BS) procurement strategy for the project. (DISTRICT #3) 250141 adopted Pass

A Resolution Authorizing the Northern Illinois Municipal Electric Cooperative (NIMEC) to Serve as the Broker for the Village in Regard to Obtaining Bids from Electricity Providers and Authorizing the Village Manager or Director of Finance to Approve a Contract with the Lowest Cost Electricity Provider Recommendation from staff that the Village Board approve NIMEC as the Village's broker to seek electricity bids for street lighting and authorizing the Village Manager or Director of Finance to execute a contract with the successful energy supplier upon receipt of the bids from NIMEC. 250143 adopted Pass

  39. O. Sidewalk Slicing - FY 2025 Award of a contract to Hard Rock Concrete Cutters, Inc. of Wheeling, Illinois, the lowest responsible bidder of two (2) bids received, in the amount of $18,101.60. The purpose of the Sidewalk Slicing Program is to address sidewalk trip hazards. The slicing process is less expensive and less invasive than the traditional removal and replacement of sidewalk.
