Roosevelt Road - Sebastian’s Ale and Whiskey House Special Event - PTSD 22 for 22 Veterans Fundraiser 2025 Ordinance amending Title XI, Chapter 112, Section 112.18(B) of the Lombard Village Code with regard to alcoholic beverages, providing for the sale and consumption of beer in connection with a temporary event (PTSD 22 for 22 Veterans Fundraiser) on May 17, 2025, located at 801 E. Roosevelt Road. (DISTRICT #6)
- E. Ordinance Regarding Sale and Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in the Public Right-of-way in Connection with Cruise Nights & Summer Concerts Weekly Series - Amending Title XI, Chapter 112, Section 112.18(B) - Alcoholic Beverages of the Lombard Village Code Ordinance approving a Class J liquor license for Shannon's Deli, Bill and Punky's Pub and Babcock's Grove House in connection with Cruise Nights & Summer Concerts weekly series to allow for the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages based upon their immediate proximity to the weekly event concert viewing area on South Park Avenue. (DISTRICT #1)
- F. Purchase of Three (3) Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles and an Ordinance Declaring Certain Municipal Vehicles as Surplus, and Authorizing the Sale Thereof Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Currie Motors of Frankfort, Illinois in the amount of $146,958.00 for the purchase of three (3) Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles. The vehicles will be purchased through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative (SPC Contract #204), of which the Village is a member. Approval of an Ordinance declaring Units PP761, a 2020 Ford Explorer, PP764 a 2020 Ford Explorer, PP765 a 2020 Ford Explorer, as surplus and authorizing their sale and/or disposal. Staff requests a waiver of first reading.
- G. Purchase of One (1) Ford Bronco Sport and an Ordinance Declaring Certain Municipal Vehicles as Surplus, and Authorizing the Sale Thereof Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Haggerty Ford of West Chicago, Illinois in the amount of $29,568.00 for the purchase of one (1) Ford Bronco Sport. Quotes were requested from three local Ford dealers and one national purchasing consortium holding a Sourcewell contract. Haggerty Ford was the lowest quote received. Approval of an Ordinance declaring Unit ST304, a 2014 Ford Escape as surplus and authorizing the sale and/or disposal. Staff requests a waiver of first reading.

An Ordinance Amending Section 98.114 of Title IX, Chapter 98, Article X of the Lombard Village Code Relative to Amusement Tax Ordinance amending Village Code modifying the definition of amusement for purposes of Amusement Tax to expressly exclude those coin-operated devices that must be registered and licenses under the Code.
- I. An Ordinance Amending Section 110.21 of Title XI, Chapter 110, Article II of the Lombard Village Code Relative to Coin-Operated Amusement Devices An Ordinance amending Village Code that businesses holding Class MM licenses are no longer required to separately license coin-operated amusements.
