26. D. 2026-2027 Maintenance of Traffic Signal Equipment Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to H&H Electric Company in the amount of $443,171.71. This amount is for a two-year contract. The cost would be $221,686.86 for each year. Village staff collaborated with the DuPage County Division of Transportation to produce a joint bid for this contract. (DISTRICTS - ALL) 250326 approved Pass
27. E. Parkway and Landscape Restoration Contract Renewal Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Advanced Landscaping, LLC in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00. This contract represents the second of two possible extensions of the contract. (DISTRICTS - ALL) 250329 approved Pass

Renewal of Engagement Letter - Lauterbach & Amen, LLP Motion to waive bids and request approval of a three (3) year engagement letter with Lauterbach & Amen to provide pension fund accounting services in the amount of $125,352 (FY26 $39,240, FY27 $41,736, FY28 $44,376). Lauterbach & Amen has provided pension fund accounting services to the Village since 1998. 250328 approved Pass
