Intergovernmental Agreement Between the Village of Lombard and Glenbard High School District No. 87 in Regard to the Expansion of the Parking Lot at Glenbard East High School Approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with Glenbard High School District No. 87 regarding the expansion of the parking lot at Glenbard East High School. The Agreement provides for the Village to contribute to the construction of two additional parking lots on the site. (DISTRICT #2)

- G. FY 2025-2026 Season Road Salt Purchase Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Compass Minerals America, Inc. in the amount of $318,555.00. The Village has participated in DuPage County Department of Transportation's salt bid. Compass Minerals, Inc. was the lowest bidder and will be the provider of bulk road salt for the County's contract.
- H. Waive Bids - Approve Purchasing Bituminous Asphalt from DuPage Materials Company for In-House Paving Request for a waiver of bids and approval of the purchase of Bituminous Asphalt from DuPage Materials Company for In-House Paving in an amount not-to-exceed $75,000.00. (DISTRICTS - ALL)
- I. Specialty Landscaping and Annual Planting Bed Maintenance Contract Renewal Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Beary Landscape Management in the amount of $67,560.00. This is the second of two possible one-year extensions of the contract and will expire on December 31, 2026. (DISTRICTS - ALL)
- J. Mowing and Weed Control Contract Renewal Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Beary Landscape Management in the amount of $75,720.00. This is a one-year extension of the contract and will expire on December 31, 2026. (DISTRICTS - ALL)
- K. Downtown Grant Program Boundary Expansion The Economic and Community Development Committee submits its recommendation to approve the boundary expansion of the Downtown Grant Program to include properties south along Main Street. (DISTRICTS #1 & #5)
