9. 9 FY2025 Manhole Rehabilitation Change Order No. 2 Reflecting an increase to the contract with Kim Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $71,738.82. This Change Order adds forty six manholes to the contract. The additional repair work was generated from manhole inspections performed under the 2025 sewer televising contract. 11. 11 Highland Avenue Sewer Separation, Final Balancing Change Order No. 2 Reflecting an increase to the contract with John Neri Construction Company in the amount of $82,210.30. This Change Order includes field-measured quantities of existing pay items, two new authorized unit prices items and two force amounts. Changes were primarily related to poor soils both on South Chase Avenue and Division Street and a water main break during roadway reconstruction. (DISTRICT #5) 250383 approved Pass
