Amendments to Lombard Traffic Code - Parking Restrictions on Lincoln and Elizabeth Recommendation of the Public Safety & Transportation Committee to approve an Ordinance amending the Lombard Traffic Code prohibiting parking at all times on Elizabeth from Wilson to Harding and on Lincoln from Wilson to Harding. - E. PC 24-04: Carriers of Light School, 1920 S. Highland Avenue - Time Extension Request Staff is seeking approval on an ordinance extending the time period to start construction of the proposed project for an additional twelve-month period (i.e., until March 21, 2027). An Ordinance Amending Title IX, Chapter 92, Section 92.17 of the Lombard Village Code in regard to Waste Collection and Disposal Approving an Ordinance updating the Village Code to reflect the solid waste and recycling collection and disposal rates that become effective April 1, 2026. Village Equipment to be Declared Surplus - Police Department John Deere Utility Task Vehicle Ordinance declaring a 2007 John Deere Gator UTV as surplus to be sold at auction and approval of the purchase of a police UTV from Valor Carts, LLC in the amount of $29,000. The cost may be reduced by up to $10,000 based on a possible grant award.

- I. Text Amendments to Title 15, Chapter 150 (Building Code) of the Village of Lombard Ordinances Staff is proposing amendments to Title 15, Chapter 150 of the Building Code. The amendments include establishing fence construction standards to require a minimum post hole depth, increasing the fence permit fee, revising the permit renewal fee, and amending sprinkler requirements in residential properties. - J. Terrace View Pond and Route 53 Pump Station Outfall Improvements - Design Engineering Services Approving a contract with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. (CBBEL) in the amount not to exceed $214,535.89 for the design services for the design of stormwater maintenance and functional improvements to Terrace View Pond and Route 53 Pump Station outfalls. - K. Underground Utility Improvements, District 450 Design Services Approving a contract with Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers in an amount not to exceed $1,095,000.00. - L. Upfit Equipment for Battalion Chief Ford F-150 Responder Request for a waiver of bids and award of a contract to Fleet Safety and Supply Company of Naperville, Illinois in the amount of $17,410.75. The equipment list was sent to three (3) local vendors for a quote, Fleet Safety and Supply Company provided the lowest quote. Fleet Safety Supply Company has been a valued vendor of the Village of Lombard. They are a factory authorized distributor of all the equipment that is standard throughout our emergency fleet allowing for a single vendor to coordinate and source the upfit equipment.
- M. Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Lilac Princess Program Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Junior Women's Club in the amount of $7,500 from Hotel/Motel funds to cover the cost of scholarships awarded to Lilac Court Members. The program begins in March and runs through June 24, 2026. (DISTRICTS - ALL)
- N. Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Lombard Cycling Classic Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Prairie State Cycling Series LLC (PSCS) in the amount of $10,000 plus village services from Hotel/Motel funds for expenses related to the fees associated with the event. The event is scheduled to take place on July 21, 2026. (DISTRICT #1)
- O. Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Food Truck Social Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Historical Society in the amount of $4,118 from Hotel/Motel funds to cover the cost of live entertainment for the event. The event is scheduled to take place on September 5, 2026. (DISTRICT #1)

Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - 250 America Art Installation at Lilacia Park Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Historical Society in the amount of $2,500 from Hotel/Motel funds to support signage and marketing costs. The event is scheduled to take place June through August 2026. (DISTRICT #1)
- Q. Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Explore Historic Lombard App Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Historical Society in the amount of $5,000 to cover the cost of the development and launch of a new mobile app and the addition of early community content. The launch of the app is estimated to be completed within 4 months in time for Lilac Time.

Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Spooktacular Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $15,500 including village services from Hotel/Motel funds to cover the cost of village services (Public Works, Police, Fire) and inflatable entertainment. The event is scheduled to take place on October 18, 2026. (DISTRICT #1)

Local Tourism Grant Application 2026 - Candy Cane Lane Holiday Market Recommendation from the Community Promotion & Tourism Committee to approve a grant request from the Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $5,000 including village services from Hotel/Motel funds to cover the cost of village services that involve blocking off South Park Avenue between St. Charles Road and Michael McGuire Drive as well as expenses related to advertising and event signage.The event will take place on December 5, 2026.
