- 6 Mural Project Design Review The Committee will review an updated mural design for the Crescent Boulevard retaining wall based on feedback provided at the previous meeting. Members will be asked to provide additional feedback as the design moves toward completion.

- 8 Meeting Date Change The Committee will consider a proposed change to its regular meeting schedule, moving from the second Monday to the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. This adjustment would help accommodate scheduling needs and availability of the Community Room.
- 9 2026-2029 Strategic Plan Overview Chairperson Hammersmith will provide an overview of the Village of Lombard's 2026-2029 Strategic Plan to share key priorities and initiatives that will guide the organization over the coming years.
- 10 2025 Communications Report Staff will present a summary of the Village's 2025 communications efforts, inlcuding website performance, e-newsletter and social media metrics, and Village events coordinated by the Communications Department.
- 11 2026 Photo Contest Theme The Committee will discuss and provide input on potential themes for the annual Lilac Time Photo Contest.
