15. 10 Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve regular meeting minutes from September 18, 2025. Roll Call vote: Reyes yes, Kachiroubas yes Gravina was absent. Approved

17. a. Discussion for a waiver for an applicant that is a current Veteran Affairs Police Officer and formerly military Police for the Air Force.
18. 12 Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve Executive Meeting Minutes from September 18,2025. Roll Call Vote: Reyes yes, Kachiroubas yes, Gravina absent. Approved
19. b. Deputy request for disclosure of prior Promotional Exam results.
20. 7. Report from Sheriff’s Office
21. a. The upcoming promotional exam for Sergeants and Lieutenants is set for December 2, 2025. The study guide will be released to test takers on October 1, 2025 per Stanard.
22. 15 Ms. Johnson presented the current Revenues & Expenditures reports.

24. a. Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment,compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, one-on-one interviews.

26. 18 Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Ryes seconded the motion to approve the October 2, 2025 Bills Payable List. Roll Call Vote: Reyes yes, Kachiroubas yes, Gravina absent.
27. a. Action on the certification of candidates subject to one-on-one interviews on October 2, 2025.

29. 22 It was clarified that Deputies taking the Promotional exam are not automatically provided with detailed results, but may request them in writing. The Commission decides on the request.
30. 26 Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to enter into Executive Session .
31. 28 Roll Call Vote: Reyes yes, Kachiroubas yes, Gravina was absent. The Commission entered into Executive Session at 8:57a.m. The commission returned to Open Session at 10:21a.m.
32. 31 Chairman Reyes moved and Commissioner Kachiroubas seconded the motion to certify candidates 2914,2917,3018, and 3020. Candidates 3027 and 3065 were not certified. Roll Call Vote: Reyes yes, Kachirooubas yes, Gravina absent.
33. 33 Chairman Reyes moved and Commissioner Kachiroubas seconded the motion to adjourn. Voice vote: Reyes yes, Kachiroubas yes, Gravina absent. Meeting adjourned at 10:24a.m.
