Chairman Reyes called for a Motion to recess into Executive Session, Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment,employment,compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee. Commissioner Gravina moved to recess to Executive Session, seconded by Commissioner Kachiroubas. Upon a Roll Call Vote, all commissioners voted aye. The Motion carried. The Commission went into Executive Session at 8:33 a.m., for the continued Evidentiary Hearing in Case 25-1.
