Action Item: Authorize Mayor to sign a 5-year software contract for NEOGOV software to replace the current Tyler Munis HR software. Contract amount for FY25 is $220,000.00. (Approved in FY25 Budget)

Action Item: Public Hearing on the Summary of the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Authorize submission of the 2023 CAPER to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or before December 31, 2024. Mayor opened the public hearing.
