7. 7 Action Item: Consider a waiver request for an Alcohol Catering Permit for Boise Bubbly & Taps for an event located at 490 N Broadmore Way, which is located within 300 ft of Idaho Arts Elementary Charter School, and approve the waiver request for the identified event being held on July 18, 2024.
8. 8 Action Item: Variance of NCC 10-8-5.B which specifies a required maximum lot size of 12,000 sf and minimum density of 2.51 DU/acre in a RS6 (Single-family Residential) zoning to allow the property to be split into two parcels, at 411 7th Ave N, a 1.64 acre parcel #R1503821900 (located in the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T3N, R2W, BM) for Devin & Diane Stephens. (VAR-00157-2024). Original concept: Existing property to be split into two parcels, each accessible from the road, one of approx. 0.64 acres for construction of a new single-family dwelling with the existing accessory structures to remain, and
