"URGING THE ADMINISTRATION TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO ADMINISTER A HOMEOWNER ASSISTANCE FUND PROGRAM UNDER THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT OF 2021” The purpose of this resolution is to urge the Administration to issue a request for proposals to administer a Homeowner Assistance Fund Program under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
