“ESTABLISHING THE STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE COUNCIL, DEFINING THEIR DUTIES, AND APPOINTING THEIR MEMBERS” The Council may consider the creation of standing committees to assist in organizing the review of Council business, which may include the following: Budget, Finance, and Economic Development Committee; Disaster, Resilience, International Affairs, and Planning Committee; Government Relations, Ethics, and Transparency Committee; Human Concerns, ʻOiwi Resources, and Parks Committee; Land Use and Housing Committee; Transportation, Environment, and Agriculture Committee; and Water and Infrastructure Committee.
