(2) 3-4-006:028 AND (2) 3-4-006:032 SITUATED AT WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII" The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the Mayor or Mayor's duly authorized representative to execute all necessary documents relating to the acquisition of the building and property.
