"AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF AN UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR, FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET" The purpose of this resolution is to transfer funds in the amount of $50,000 within the Office of the Mayor, Administration Program from Category A (Salaries) to Category B (Operations and Equipment) at the request of Mayor-elect Bissen for anticipated costs related to the inauguration for the new administration.
