"AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF AN UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING, FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET" This resolution proposes to transfer an unencumbered appropriation balance of $200,000 within the Department of Planning from the Administration and Planning Program, Category A (Salaries), to the Administration and Planning Program, Category B (Operations and Equipment), for FY 2023 for professional services to comply with the new Wetlands Overlay, Ordinance No. 5421.
