FIRST READING of Bill 28, CD1 (2023), amending Ordinance 4998 to allow: 1) additional residential workforce housing units to be provided in lieu of fulfilling certain change in zoning conditions, and 2) deed-restriction periods to be set for residential workforce housing units in Waikapu Country Town; and 2. RECORDATION of the unilateral agreement.
