Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 39, CD1 (2022), to establish Chapter 5.30, Maui County Code, relating to electric gun dealer licensing; and 2. FIRST READING of Bill 40 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, Appendix B, Revenues - Fees, Rates, Assessments and Taxes, Department of Finance, by adding an application fee and annual license fee for gun dealer licenses, effective July 1, 2022.
