Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 8, CD 1 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget by 1) increasing Bond/Lapsed Bond revenues by $745,000; 2) amending Section 4.E.5.a., Department of Parks and Recreation, Paia-Haiku Community Plan Area, Parks and Recreation, by adding “Bond Fund” and a project entitled “Haiku Park Restroom” in the amount of $745,000; and 3) adjusting the totals accordingly; 2. FIRST READING of Bill 9, CD 1 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, Appendix C, Capital Improvement Projects, by adding a project and project description under the Department of Parks and Recreation, Paia-Haiku Community Plan Area, for the Haiku Park Restroom in the amount of $745,000; and 3. FIRST READING of Bill 10, CD 1 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget general obligation bond authorization ordinance by adding an appropriation for the Paia-Haiku Community Plan Area, Parks and Recreation, for a project entitled “Haiku Park Restroom,” in the amount of $745,000, under the Department of Parks and Recreation.
