Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of Bill 3, CD 1 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget by 1) increasing Carryover/Savings revenue from the General Fund in the amount of $753,027; 2) amending Section 4.E.6.a.(2)., Department of Parks and Recreation, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Parks and Recreation, General Fund, by adding a project entitled “Kepaniwai Heritage Gardens Improvements” in the amount of $753,027; and 3) adjusting the totals accordingly; and 2. FIRST READING of Bill 4 (2022), to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, Appendix C, Capital Improvement Projects, by adding a project and project description under the Department of Parks and Recreation, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, for the Kepaniwai Heritage Gardens Improvements in the amount of $753,027.
