Recommending the following: 1. FIRST READING of bill to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget by: 1) increasing Bond/Lapsed Bond revenues by $3,871,100; 2) amending Section 4.G.1.c.(2)(i)., Department of Public Works, Countywide, Road Improvements, Bond Fund, by increasing the appropriation for the Countywide Federal Aid Program by $3,871,000; and 3) adjusting the totals accordingly; 2. FIRST READING of bill to amend Appendix A, Part I, Grants and Restricted Use Revenues - Schedule of Grants and Restricted Use Revenues by Departments and Programs, Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, by increasing the grant, entitled “Federal Highway Administration, Federal-Aid and Other Transportation Grants,” under the Department of Public Works, by $9,531,400; 3. FIRST READING of bill to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget, Appendix C, Capital Improvement Projects, by amending the project description relating to “Makawao Avenue Pavement Reconstruction (Apana Road to Piiholo Road),” and increasing the appropriation for the Countywide Federal Aid Program (CBS-5022), under the Department of Public Works, by $13,402,500; and 4. FIRST READING of bill to amend the Fiscal Year 2022 general obligation bond authorization ordinance by increasing the appropriation under the Department of Public Works, Countywide, Road Improvements, by $3,871,100 for the Countywide Federal Aid Program.
